How do I make a return?

To request a return, log in to your customer account, select your order and click on "Request a return" : once your request is approved, you can return the new product to us, in its original packaging and at your expense, to obtain a refund after inspection.

To preserve the recycled fibers and the environment, we recommend washing at a maximum of 30°C , inside out, and air drying. Avoid the tumble dryer: it's better for the planet and for your bag.
