How do I make a return or exchange?
To request a return, log in to your customer account, select your order and click on "Request a return" : once your request is approved, you can return the new product to us, in its original packaging and at your own expense, to obtain a refund after inspection.
If you don't have an account, go to the "Contact Us" tab and send us an email with the subject "Return." We will then provide you with the necessary instructions. We respond within 24 to 48 hours .
Help us reduce our carbon footprint: we provide a precise size guide to avoid unnecessary trips. That's why return shipping costs are your responsibility. A quick check before you buy is a big step for the planet!
What are the delivery times and prices?
We deliver in Switzerland and throughout Europe with a responsible approach:
Pricing: Delivery is free for orders over 50 CHF or Euros. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery time: Allow between 2 and 7 days , depending on your country of residence.
Our commitment: At Almaa, we only produce on demand to avoid overproduction. If your order is slightly delayed, we appreciate your patience: it's a sign of responsible manufacturing that reduces waste for the planet.
How do I choose my size?

Can I get a refund if I don't like the item?
Absolutely. You have 14 days to return the item undamaged. We will refund 100% of the product price upon receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility to minimize unnecessary travel and carbon impact.
